I have created a catalog price rule that is supposed to apply a percentage off discount to ALL items within a certain product category on my website for a certain group of customers. I have it set up so that if anyone in that particular group of customers purchase 6 of more, they get 10% off... 12 or more they get 15% and 24 or more they get 20% off ANYTHING within that category (any size, product, etc). BUT now that I have launched my website today, it is not working! I need someone to help me troubleshoot as soon as possible! What might I have done wrong? Why is it not showing up?
