squareone
Hi all: Brand spanking new to PrestaShop and man am I impressed! Amazing software. Problem is I cannot get the credit cards option on appear on front end. I have configured the Authorize.net module. I have enabled SSL. I confirmed my SSL domain name matches the entry in the admin panel. I have confimed MANY times that my authoirze.net login and key are both correct. I have refreshed a number of times. Still cannot get the credit card option to appear upon checkout. Any help appreciated!

benjamin utterback
Hi squareone, can you give us a link to your website. Also, you said you found some other posters about this issue? Would you mind sharing them here as well. Thank you!
squareone
Thanks Benjamin. Here is one other I found. There was another as well where a couple of people chimed in that they have the problem. My shop is at http://www.signingshotline.com/pts/ Very simply, for currency restriction options, under the Authorize.net column I just get hyphens, no check boxes. The outcome is, I do not show CC options on my fron tend.
squareone
Anyone??? This appears to be a significant bug. Hoping someone would have a answer to fix this other than purchasing an add-on.
weekscigar
Has there been any resolution to this bug yet?
squareone
I reinstalled the Auth.net addon from the AddOn section of the PrestaShop site. It says Authorize.net (SIM) but it is actually Authorize.net (AIM). I reinserted all my Auth.net info and it started to work. Can't explain it! nuclearholocausto
I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and re-configuring Authorize.net module, double-checked the keys and ids and it still gives me dashes under Currency Restriction. Please help! I tried using Paypal module but have issues with that as well so hoping to get this module to work instead.
FreshElement
Hi, guys... I have a client with PS 1.5.2.0. We installed both the Authorize.net AIM (1.4.4) and PayPal (3.4.1). He called to tell us customers were having problems checking out. When I looked at the backend, I noticed the same hyphens on under the Currency Restrictions, but paid no attention... UNTIL... I tried to do a test purchase and found that only the PayPal option appeared. The site is www.rileystoystore.com. I have not tried reinstalling AIM. After reading others' experiences above, it appears that may not work. Has anyone had success resolving this??? Any help would be greatly appreciated! squareone
I deleted the version that comes with the download and reinstalled the one that says SIM even though it is AIM from the Add-on page on the Prestashop site. That worked for me.
