odaiattal Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 Hello everyone, I really hope anybody could help me, I have recently installed prestashop in my GoDaddy hosting account with Filezilla, but when I go to my page, I get stuck on License agreement; I click "I accept" and next but nothing happens. I have asked my hosting support, they told me to come here because apparently is a prestashop issue. I'm working in windows 7 with a linux hosting. If you can visit my site: royalkingsworld.com, I'd appreciate any clue about this problem. Regards. Bill Dalton Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 Hi odaiattal, here is a copy of the installation instructions. http://doc.prestasho...ledinstructions You need to create a MySQL database, and you need to know the user name and password to access that database. You need to know how to set read and write file permissions with your Filezilla. You MUST get the read & write file permissions set correctly.
