[solved] shipping / carrier error

I need your help!

 

My store is available in Iceland.

 

1. I cant change the shipping cost it always shows "free shipping!" when I add product to the cart. I have allocated free shipping to purchases above certain amount but it still shows in the cart "free shipping!" if the amount is below the certain amount. How can I fix it?

 

2. In the check out process I always get this message:

There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.

 

I want my customers to have 2 options. 1) Pick up in my store. 2) Have it sent with the post office.

what prestashop version you use?

 

I suggest to reconfigure Shipping tab.

Under the shipping > shipping tab set up the:

change billing to "According to total price"

 

are you sure that in localizations > Countries have you got Iceland selected? (customers from other countries which arent selected will not able to order stuff)

under the shipping > Price ranges - create your new price ranges (remove all)

under the shipping > carriers REMOVE all caries you've got now. And create new

hi,

 

i have two groups and two carriers when i log in directly to checkout the total shipping is wrong because i've set different shipping rate for each carrier...

 

i think the problem is in my js because total shipping change when i reload the page...
