Voucher Minimum Amount check not working version 1.4.2.5

Using Prestashop v 1.4.2.5 - I have a voucher set up that gives 20% off when you buy 4 products from a specific category.

 

Minimum amount restriction (you have to buy 4 items to get the discount) was working, now is not. Now, you can get the discount by ordering 1, 2 or 3 products.

 

I have looked in classes/cart.php and classes/discount.php but I can't seem to locate the function that checks for minimum amount. Any help would be appreciated
