Problem! Moving blocks in header to new position under menu.

Hey presta pros.

 

I´m trying to figure out how i can move the blocks; blockpermanentlinks, blockcurrency, blocklanguage and maybe blockcart(if you can disconnect the header version from block user info?), actually i wanna move all blocks in the right part of header.

I want to move them from top of header, to the bottom just under the menu. Without effecting the positions of menu or home and column hooks.

The problem seems simple enough, but i´ve been editing here and there to try and find a solution, and nothing seems to work.

 

I´m a bit new to prestashop, know CSS and HTML but i´m also quite new to PHP. I´m designing a theme from the default theme and working with newest version of prestashop.
