Sp34k Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Hallo PrestaShop members, I am looking for a good ecommerce which can handle mp3 files. I have previous used Wordpress with other eCommerce plugins, some of them were good but the support was awful unless you pay up. So I searched the net and found PrestaShop, so far I'm impressed but I can't tell if it's what I need, so to put things in perspective: A friend of mine have a website where he sells his MP3 files. He creates serval albums with xx amount of MP3 files Each MP3 file can be purchased invidually AND a whole album can be purchased for with a discount Each MP3 file have a "preview" or MP3 player with a sample playing When checkingout he uses Paypal (other payment methods would be nice aswell) After payment is complete, the user recieves the download link via. Email and on the site itself. He prefers to let none-registered people make payments aswell as registered users. This, is often something you have to order custom-made as the requests is a bit tricky I believe Is this something PrestaShop can deliver? And if so, what modules would I need. You only need to search for a free MP3 player or buy one, which Prestashop can handle. You not only convinced me to download the CMS and give it a go, you also directed me in the direction of a helpful module for the system which I appreciate a lot.
