dusty108 Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Presta v 1.4.9.0 Paypal v 3.50 (current) Since March of this year Paypal has stopped forwarding product attributes(ie size, colour) from the cart when an item is purchased. In the past I could pick this up from the back office. however yesterday I received an order with no size/colour & had to email the customer for details. Whats going on? dusty108 Posted May 23, 2013 Author Share Posted May 23, 2013 Don't recollect changing anything. May possibly have tried to upgrade to Presta v 1.5. and had to revert to v 1.4.9. Never yet been successful upgrading so I would have returned to my backup. When I test Google Checkout, order shows correctly in both Google and back office. Have uploaded PayPal v3.5.0 but this has made no difference. I have reported this as a bug : http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-7228 as I have no idea what has happened.
