Quick order, hide registration form

I would like to hide the registration form showed in quick order page and show only if customer push on a link, something like the login form in that page, that look exactly like i want.

 

Someone know how can i do that?

I'm using prestashop 1.4.9, the theme is the dafault customized by me, but this is the first time i try to modify the quick order page but the registration form is always visible if customer is not logged in.
