jd.creative
Okay, so in my localisation, my dimension unit is set to 'cm' I have read somewhere that 'mm' doesn't work very well, neither does 'g' for weight, so you have to use 'kg'. Now when creating a new carrier, the weight will accept a decimal. So 0.1 is 100g.But the width/height/depth won't let me use a decimal, it say's Quote The max_width field is invalid. The max_height field is invalid. The max_depth field is invalid. Which is annoying because my dimensions require decimals. For example, one of them I'm trying to put in is 240mm so I'm trying to put in 2.4, but it's not working. Anyone know how to fix/solve/get around this problem? JD. europablue
Just ran into this issue myself. This appears to be a completely arbitrary decision by someone. Dimensions are integers while prices for shipping run up to 5 (!!!???) decimal places. Anyway, my solution is to round up all fractional dimensions to integers and (more or less) hope for the best. That will have to do until/if this is fixed at some point, or I find the time to fix it myself (while leaving the installation safe for upgrades). toniagustian
probably the problem is about the use of decimal separator itself.. try using "comma" instead of "dot"
