idoityourself Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Hi guys I woke up this morning to find my site had been shut down by my provider. They have finally come back to me and say: On closer inspection of server logs there was a problem occurring in regards to the "product.php" script. I see that the script was identified by the server at 14:30 (GMT) on the 21st May for running for a very long time and causing server problems. The file in question is -> ./public_html/shop/product.php Anyone have any thoughts on this? Im guessing I just remove it and reinstall but still waiting to hear back from them. Thanks As I cant log in I cant see what version Im on but its 1.4 something, the latest version doesn't work with some of my modules. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dh42 Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Hmm, your server just might, for lack of a better term, be crappy. How much traffic are you getting and what plan do you have? Also who is the host? I had this happen with a site once, it was not a prestashop site, it was my personal blog. But it was literally getting hammered and I was hosting it on a shared plan. I wrote an article that reposted on reddit and ycombinator and I was getting about 6k uniques an hour and they took me offline.
