PayPal Error 10415

Hi everyone,

 

I hope someone can help me because this issue is driving me mad!

 

Over the past month my client is receiving payment notifications through PayPal for completed orders, however in the Prestashop admin the orders aren't visibile. The only way to find them is to go via the customer profile page where the order will be listed as in-valid. We are being notified of the error through the module error reporting:

PayPal response:

TIMESTAMP -> 2013-04-25T21:00:04Z

L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10415

L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A successful transaction has already been completed for this token.

L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

This isn't happening for all PayPal transactions, just about 20%. After going through Google and these forums it is evident that a lot of people are having this problem but there doesn't appear to be a definitive solution to it. Some people have mentioned it could be to do with the 'Swift_Message_MimeException' error as highlighted here. I've only just discovered that post this evening so will be giving it a try.

 

If anyone has any additional information I would be very grateful for some help as this issue has dragged on for a very long time!
