envisionary Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 Ive set my carrier, Ones, rates, additional shipping charges and everything else I could think of but my cart still always displays free shipping. I absolutely must find a solution to this issue as I cannot afford to provide free shipping to everyone that orders from my website. Joel Bardsley Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 I've managed to find the cause of the problem above - only the North America shipping zone was configured (using a price range) while the default country in the Prestashop Localization settings was set to Australia (outside of the shipping zone) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
