gr4devel
Hi community . I've read and look through the code reported in the following tutorial http://doc.prestasho...d+configuration but it seems that there is no possibility to bind a predefined carrier with a module to enable a custom shipping cost calculation. Is it true? By the way my custom calculation is based on a free shipping for the purchasing of a given number of products from the same manufacturer. As always thanks in advance to everyone will try to help! Edited May 24, 2013 by gr4devel (see edit history)
shacker
have you tested the module ship2pay?
gr4devel
Sorry for the lateness of my response shacker . Actually I didn't test the module ship2pay but I've already figure it out how to handle the carrier . I simply need to create a new instance of the wanted carrier (by identifying it with its id), modify its properties and then call its update method. Just for information it doesn't implement the update method but it inherit it from its parent class . Hoping this will help other PS users/developers I put a [sOVLED] to this topic. But before let me thank you shacker for your precious help!!!
