CSV product import not working

I am trying to upload products to my webstore with a CSV file but it is not working. It keeps on timing out. I have contacted our web hoster and they are telling me it is a problem with the scripting on presta shop. Here is a copy of the email they sent:

 

 

This is regarding the call that you have made earlier. We have checked further and found out that there are some errors on your scripts because it is not properly resolving and as well timing out. This issue is not something to do on our server or an error as we checked the error logs:

You can debug the scripting errors. The features that you have mentioned is being done depending on the application that you will be using to setup your website. Proper feature manipulation is being managed by web developers or programmers. We do not have proper resources to aide in site management – how to manage, build, add features, scripts and administrative tasks on website.

 

What we can provide you are the packages for servers, databases and e-mails for you to be able to host your website. It is up for the domain owner on how he or she would be able to create or outline his or her website to his or her desired output. It would be best to consult this with web developers who has studied this course and are considered to know the backend language of programming and therefore are excellent in manipulating the source codes of websites or contact the support of the application that you are using or the person who made your website as they are the ones who knew how they build the website, where the files are located, the function of the files and how they are related to one another.

 

For the support, we can check if the application can be supported on our packages or if there would be a problem on our products (server connection, performance, Sitebuilder errors and other issues relating to our products and services).
