How to hide/disable "add to cart" button

Hello,

Is it possible to configure prestashop, using the backoffice, to hide and disable the "add to cart" buttons on the products ? We are setting a store and want to start using prestashop as an online catalog while we get ready for e-commerce, so we rather don't alter the theme.
