aquamarine
I have multiple values for each feature within a product, since every item i'm selling is unique. However I don't know how to upload more than 1 value within the feature section using bulk upload? How am i suppose to enter it with just one field? also when i do upload it, i have to type it in and doesn't preselect the values I already entered into the system for the feature. Isn't that confusing and leads to double entry? If someone can explain how to bulk upload multiple values at once(for each product), I would appreciate it. I tried for a day and it kicks me out stating "cannot add same values in a column" :wow: I scrawled through out the messageboard and wiki and I haven't found one example on how to do that. Thanks, look forward to a response...UPDATEThis is how it's done to put multiple features for bulk upload..Make sure in each column in your .cvs file(using excel) you put THE EXACT NAME OF THE FEATURE (not the word "FEATURE) for exampleLABEL | STYLE | COUNTRY | YEAREpic Rock USA 1990in which underneath the headings will be the values. Since I sell used LPs. all my values will be unique, so attributes will not work in my case. Then we you do the import you will watch in the menu for "Feature", select it then TYPE THE NAME OF THE FEATURE into the box. don't copy and paste. especially if you already have the features assigned already in your settings. for some reason there is some kind of glitch when you copy and past the headings into the text box.so type in each feature and BEFORE YOU CLICK "IMPORT" make sure you check off "SKIP" and enter 1 for the line you want to skip. If you don't it will cause an error and all you have to re-enter everything again.I hope this is clear! I would like to thank Rocky for helping me with this.. what a major relief!
