Tina Loven
Hi there, I'm having trouble installing Prestashop. I get the error that it cat populate the database tables, looking at it it seems it's the images? Anyway Ive tried configuring the permisions from 755 which my hoster recommends to 655 and 777 with no luck. Im currently using Crazy Domains (in Australia here) as the web hosting server. Is it a fault on their end and if so what do I need them to in struck them to do or what is needed on my side to do, much help would be appreciated Also I forgot to mention that I changed the tables prefix does this matter what the lettere are as i used bx_? RCP90
Have you tried creating new database and try to install again? Just make sure permissions are 777 or
