Product Pack disappear

Hi,

I create a pack of product. Ok.

Then I save. Ok

Then I open again the product and the pack became a single product again and the list of product that combine the pack are disappear.

What it could be?

Please help! I cannot start the shop otherwise. After long trying and learning now this is blocking my shop.

Unfortunately I have the same problem after updating my store from 1.4.9 to 1.5.4.1

It seems to remember the pack content only for a little while and then 'forgets' it again. It is not with all my packs either, just some of them.

Anyone suggestions?

Hi, I try to use another browser and it did not disappear anymore. But I have to admit that I try 2 times only and then I did not follow up so I don't know if it was a total solution but it worth a try. Please let me know. Bye.

anyone found a solution on this issue? is there a place where we can report this issue because my customer is really unhappy since he has to re-inject in the pack every single produt one by one, everytime he makes a modification to the product PACK.

Hi, did you try to change browser? Sometimes the browser mess up data in database as the records are in different layers and this seems to create problems.

With me did work but as I sayd, I did not go on with this issue so I don't really know.

Let me know if you can solve simplying changing browser (or empty cache). It did work with Firefox and Chrome, did not try with other but I did not keep on trying more. Another note, when create a pack, first of any other modification, save the pack even if you can insert more information about the pack because when you change the layer something happen.

I am waiting for a replay.

I found out that when i change the price of the product pack for example from a different computer, is simular to new browser maybe, then the packed products dissapear. But i open the pack from 1 computer only then the packed items stay where they should. So in addition to massimo, maybe stick to one computer and one browser? Please let me know so i can do it right as well

I still have the same problem on PS 1.6.0.6

I found this other thread http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-10383 wich says it is fixed, but it's actualy not... Anybody found a sollution allready?

Hi, not solved yet. I simple give up with the pack because simply doesn't work.

I suggest you not to waste time like I did. I did try all suggestions and then back again with the pack disappear.

Made a clean install with PS 1.6.0.6 as well and it still happens. I still don't know why..
