After DB update tabs in the BO dispeared

I am trying to duplicate a store using PS 1.4.6.2. Everything goes well until I upload the database (excluding ps_employees). The front page looks and works great but I lost all my tabs in the back office, see screenshot.

 

I turned on the error log and this is what i get:

Warning: include(/home/webos0/public_html/distribuidor/translations//errors.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/webos0/public_html/distribuidor/administer/init.php on line 62

 

Warning: key_exists(): The second argument should be either an array or an object in /home/webos0/public_html/distribuidor/classes/AdminTab.php on line 224

 

 

I checked and the translation files are there. I looked in the forums and it does not look like a common problem, help will be appreciated.

I followed Caleydon's suggestion here and the tabs are back:

Tables to not include in the upgrade (leave as the original install) are: employee, access, tab, tab_lang.
