chanansh
I had a question mark instead of "ONSALE!" gif. I have noticed using chrome debugger it calls for onsale_he.gif which was not existing. So, I created one according to the template in onsale_en.gif but it did not solve the problem (the files are in themes/default/img). I tried to duplicate the english en version do the hebrew he version and it still didn't work. When I go to the link it shows question mark but in the file manager (aka ftp) I see the file is ok. What's going on here? see http://yogly.co.il/i...troller=product to experiencing the problem.

chanansh
strange, it does work for me. can you try here instead? http://yogly.co.il/index.php?id_product=10&controller=product
Bill Dalton
It is true, follow the link and you have the question mark image. This image is a placeholder image. http://yogly.co.il/t...g/onsale_he.gif You need to name the image you want to appear onsale_he.gif and place it at themes/default/img/onsale_he.gif Please try again. I know you looked at the file VIA FTP but you must be going to an incorrect location. The link above is a real link and that is the image that is currently at that location. You should be able to put any image in that location an call the image in your browser. chanansh
I know it sounds crazy but the path is ok. Maybe there is somekind of cashing going on. I don't get it. I double check and the path is the correct one. http://yogly.co.il/themes/default/img/onsale_he.gif FTP file looks ok but browsing shows question mark. I don't get it. Maybe I should approach goDaddy with this?

chanansh
Hi Bill, If I call the flle test.gif it works ok http://yogly.co.il/themes/default/img/test.gif so why "onsale_he.gif" doesn't? strange
Bill Dalton
It Should Work!!! Now please rename test.gif to onsale_he.gif If that doesn't work I'll print this thread and eat it ...
