Carrier not available for this destination

Hello,

 

i have a problem with setting up shipping/carrier. I think i correctly configure it but for some reason it does not work well.

 

When i checkout and i reach the shipping section, it always says "your carrier does not deliver to this address" i have tried almost all but without success.

 

Any suggestion or help is appreciated.

Hi Joe,

 

Have a look at the carrier and check you have selected the zone which that carrier will deliver to.

Hello,

 

I have done the following:

 

- setup a new carrier;

- made the carrier the default;

- under shipping - feed i can see that no zone is displayed. However, localization - Zones Africa is active. but still not working.

 

 

Dont know anymore...i have deleted all the other carriers that were setup by default with installation.

 

Any other suggestion...may be i need to re-install the apps.
