Change layout according if is male or female

Hi!

I've a doubt, is it possible change layout according the user?

If he is male, appears one layout but if she is female, appears another layout.

A layout more boy or a layout more girl.

 

I liked do this in upper right corner with a radio button or catching, through register, who sex the user are.

 

 

Please help If there are already a module that make this, tell me please
