The cart shows empty when I proceed to checkout. It happens only for some of the computer. Is it problem of my computer? Any solution for the problem? Need help urgently. vekia
tested it once again, everything works well: http://i.imgur.com/AjvI5Bl.png it's hard to say what's going on because i cant reproduce this issue. I think that the problem is related to the browser, not prestashop
benjamin utterback
I don't think the problem could be PrestaShop at all because I too tried your website on all three major browsers, IE, Chrome, Firefox with no problem. The problem is other people's PC's or Browsers. Maybe they are not updated. What country are most of your customers going to site from?
vekia
I totally agree with you Benjamin, a moment ago i checked it also on the galaxy tab, works well too
soohan
Hi, it will not be the browser problem. Because i have tested with all browser, Chrome, Firefox and IE. It doesn't work well with my pc. It should be my pc problem.
vekia
Sure, you've got right - it should be. Maybe you've got some software (or addons in your browsers) which don't allow to use cookies in your browsers etc?
