[HELP] notifications for new customers / problem

Hi,

 

cant't get any notificatin (by email) when a new customer create an account.

 

At Administration-Preferences-Notifications, all options are on (show notifications for new orders, new customer, new messege). All work, excpt for new customers.

 

Already made a lot of tests, all email trafic works, except in this case.

 

Can anyone help?

EDIT: In fact, any of these notifications work.

I have mailalert module (notifications for new orders are on and working) so I thought this ones works
