[solved]'Add product to cart' not possible - button inactive

Hello,

 

I posted this in the German board but nobody could help me so I'm trying here.

 

I have installed only two products so far in my shop and I have checked all possible checkboxes etc., but the problem remains: when trying to add a product to the cart it is just not possible. Amounts of products are high enough, geotargeting with IP is deactivated, order possible when product amount is 0 is activated, catalogue mode is off, etc. etc.. The 'add to cart' button is inactive, has this paler colour that the active button.

 

Any ideas what to do?

maybe it is the template issue? You use default theme or some external solution?

No, I haven't chenaged the theme, it is still the default one.

please, paste the url to your website and give us information about:

 

- what prestashop version you use

- you use advanced stock manager?

it is version 1.5.4.1 and i don't use advanced stock manager

problem solved. I didn't check the box 'Available for purchasing/selling' (I don#t know what exactly it is called in the english version).
