NemoPS
It's pretty common, there is little you can do for that as it depends on the receiver's spam policy
vekia
Check your hoster ip in RBL spam list, maybe your hosting is listed there...

I cannot send mails from PrestaShop to Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. (big providers) Check your hoster ip in RBL spam list, maybe your hosting is listed there... I did a check on multiple RBL lists, here are the results: 1st screen: 2nd screen: Seems to be all OK, my IP/domain isn't listed. So, I still think that something is wrong. vekia
You're on shared hosting? Or you've got dedicated / VPS ? You use email with the same domain as your store domain?
Narcyzo
You're on shared hosting? Or you've got dedicated / VPS ? You use email with the same domain as your store domain? As you see in the pictures, I use the same email from my store I think its a shared, but I have my OWN IP (paid IP/month). PS: I can add account to someone in my store, to check my issue if needed. pel024
Try sending a plain text email direct from your email client (Roundcube etc). That way you can tell whether it's a problem with your server/ip or PS emails specifically.
Narcyzo
SOLVED. I had to change my MX entries with the google MX (need to register and use google imap&smtp settings - something like... linking my domain with google), after this, i had to ask my hosting provider to open ports: 993, 465, 587 and voilà! everything works perfect! Please mark this topic as SOLVED, thanks. Edited May 14, 2013 by Narcyzo (see edit history)
