Alain Costea
Hello, I get this error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@decorativ-art.ro and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Almost every time i enter on my shop. On second try it is working. Same when i do different thing on site.. It is normal ( due to lot of changes I made in BO and .css, . tpl files) ? Or it is a prestashp problem, and my future clients will get the same errors, after a open the shop? Or is a server problem, and i must discuss with them? Thank you. vekia
if you've got an access to the error log - you should check it (apache / php error log)

vekia
you should ask them for the php error log for your website, then you will be able to localize script where the internal server error occur.

vekia
you've got dedicated server with 32GB RAM ? and you've got problems with memory limit? hmm i think that you pasted server specification - not your account (you have got dedicated / vps / or just shared hosting?)
