Looking for a repair managment invoice system

hi agen long time no see.

 

I got a new project electronic repair shop and normal shop in 1,

the thing is i need to have a invoice system with repairs

 

the most impotent thing is you can see in admin the status and the order number

and you can go edit it from there with next ( new Status ) and text and add items to the customer manuel

 

like those steps here

 

----customer in shop-----

tell us some thing is rong, try find the error

 

------shop adds--------

user to DB and and and add note to custom ID

try find the error

 

(Status new item need to fix)

 

print 2 docks for agreement 1 for each part

 

----- rep man take item----

( new Status - item is in workshop and active)

 

----- rep man done first check----

give the report pack

1x some thing broken will cost xxx to fix

 

( new Status - waiting for customer for respond)

 

----- customer accept ----

 

xxx is okay move on with the order

 

( new Status - waiting for spare parts)

 

----- rep man ----

 

fix all parts and add to note

item 1 xxx

item 2 xxx

total cost XXX

 

and send the bill to customer invoice so

fix can be pay in shop or by credit card online
