Maury Markowitz Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 We have a number of repeat customers that we offer a 15% discount to, on most of our products. I have implemented this using a Group pricing rule. A small selection of products do not receive a markdown - mostly services which are flat billed. I have put these products - about a dozen of them - into a new Category, "flat pricing". I then applied a new Cart Rule that flat pricing products get 0% discount. But when I log in as a repeat customer, the products are getting marked down 15%. Is there a precedence issue? Are group rules applied after other rules, or something like that?
