The zip extension for PHP3.5 is installed and working.

The folder permissions are correct.

I am attempting to install the Leo wine theme.

 

After a long wait (typically longer that 5 minutes), I get a message "No file selected."

 

Any ideas?

maybe its a server issue. you can install it on local?
