Admin blank white page. Error stated inside..

This is what i get when I go to my admin panel.

 

 

My functions.php line 26 says

 

require_once(dirname(__FILE__).'/../images.inc.php');

 

 

Already deleted the install folder.

hello, as far as i know, it is necessary to change the /admin/ directory name. You don't have to change it right after installation?
