leaving OSC Creloaded looking for best alternative .. prestashop??

Hi!
I am looking for an alternative for our creloaded shop because of the following reasons:

seo - referencing is getting harder with modern competing shops and modren seo implemented
cms - same story, we need a system in which 'static' pages can be part of the shop (pages) for info and referencing
appearance - osc makes layout look old fashioned
flexibility - osc becomes a burdon
paypal - interface is giving problems

We are considering Prestashop BUT I want to be sure so I would love to have some more opinions!!

PS we have some 11.000 customers and round 500 articles.

All remrks are MORE than welcome, (alternative ideas also, yes i have been looking at Magento as well...)
