How to make block contact info work for prestashop

I enabled multi store in version 1.5.3.1, created 2 shops. I am trying to give each store a different set of information for "contact us".

 

I followed guidance in this link --> http://www.inmotionh...er-contact-info

 

However, when I try to select shop 1 under "Multistore configuration for", it is always changed back to "All Shops", i.e I can't select an individual store to change the contact us information. As a result, whatever change would be applied to allshops.

 

Please advise how to do it.
