SundarvDev
I recently moved my shop to Godaddy hostings. After one month i struck up with some issues. 1. Customers can check out, their amount had debited. but order is not placed in Back Office. 2. Even Orders are placed in Back Office, mail alerts for new order notification has not be recieved/sent to admin/customer. Please make a discussion on this issue. Thank you. Guest
Try to check this solution: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/281568-my-shop-doesnt-send-email-when-an-order-was-placed/ Usually it is to do with Mail Alerts module, Mail settings in Back Office, mail templates (email translations) and mail.php in classes. I've found this problem with nearly most upgrades I made previously.
