MyValeria
Hi, I'm trying to install Prestashop version 1.5.4.1 on my website with no success. I've ftp'd all installation files in the root directory, created the database and started the browser (Chrome). Then the autoinstaller should have started the installation in the browser but it has not. When I type the domain address www.foodforlove.it, I get a 404 File not found message (see attachment). I've also tested the installation using the script provided by BlueHost Simple Scripts. Unfortunately I can only get the eshop in English language, but I need it to be Italian. Anyone can please help me? Many thanks! Valeria

PascalVG
Hi MyValeria, I browsed to your website, and it seems you solved the installation problem. Is that right? If so, can you quickly mention what you've done to make it work? This may be useful for other forum members. Thanks, Good luck with your shop, pascal
theme_designer
Some web hosting has default index page. Just remove that.

benjamin utterback
Hi PascalVG and theme_designer! I've fixed the issue directly with the hosting provider. Thank you for your posts! Ciao Valeria Hi Valeria, also just to give you a reminder, you can install PrestaShop in English and easily change the default language of your Back-Office and Front Office in your Preferences. Do you know what the problem was with your hosting ?
MyValeria
Hi Benjamin, unfortunately not BlueHosts support has done the sw installation. Should I put something like [CLOSED] in the post title?
