Need To know where to change and edit the mobile menu links and look!

for the first you must say something more about your prestashop.

 

default theme?

default menu module?

what version?

when display in tablet or smartphone the menu chang to dropdown menu!

where can i find the configuration for this menu, translations and other....

it's hard to say without an access to the theme menu module. I've noticed that styles for this menu you can change here:

styles: global.css line ~1845+

 

but where is the tpl file - i don't know (probably in module directory as a separate file)

May be you need find some menu module to support responsive menu(mobile menu) to solve it.
