virtual products getting dropped from store

Hi,

I'm having a problem with my digital image files ... linked as the virtual product ... getting dropped in the store.

The product listing stays, and all the info ... but when I've checked back to see the item it has no 'linked' file with it anymore.

 

Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same issue. I add a virtual product, save and everthing seems fine, but later on when I go to the same product and check, the virtual product has disappeared... it has happened a lot so I often re-check after the first listing to add the product a second time, then it seems to stay.

I have the newest one, something like 1.5.4 with the update.

Update:

I've implemented the code, and it immediately put my products in ID order, very nice.

I referrenced my vp's into groups according to the upload order and have given it 2-3 days. After going back and looking at each item, I still had 1/3 of the latest group that were dropped, but none from the previous groups. Progress!

I've reuploaded the vp for the dropped ones (this will be their second upload), and I'll check those in 2 days. I'm hoping they'll stay and the rest will still be secure.
