Importing categories with the same name throws error

I am trying to import categories and I've made sure there aren't any duplicates in the "Name" but prestashop 1.5.4.1 still shows a error message:

 

"Note that the category import does not support categories of the same name.

Note that you can have several products with the same reference."

The Name* is from the heading, and i'm ignoring it while importing. The error I get shows up just after I upload the csv. I tried removing the two lines, just the same

I have only begun customising, so it only has EN (US) and EN (UK)

I must add, the import is successfull even though I see this error message. But I want to be sure nothing else is broken...

can you access your MyPhpAdmin ? and see what the table category and category_lang look like ?

I've just managed to re-install prestashop, and have not done any customisation and I see the error already!! Something to check with either the test data that prestashop ships with.
