Tried to rollback after the latest upgrade messed up my site, but the rollback broke my site.

Recommended Posts

I used the 1 click update to update my site, V1.5.4.0 to the latest version. When I did my site was broken and all my thumbnails where gone. I tried to regenerate them, but it wouldn't work and my theme (default prestashop theme) was weird. So I did a rollback to the back up I made just before updating. That did not work and now I get the following error..

Warning: require(/home/how2prep/public_html/store/config/config.inc.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/how2prep/public_html/store/index.php on line 27

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/how2prep/public_html/store/config/config.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/how2prep/public_html/store/index.php on line 27

And now my site goes straight to my cgi bin when I try to pull up my site. I can access all my files from my cpanel and I can see my back-ups but I'm not sure how to restore my site. Can someone please help tell me what I need to do to restore my site.

thank you.

does the file: config/config.inc.php exist?

maybe you've got backup of this file? If so, try to upload it to the config directory.

if you've got backups in your cpanel control panel, use backup for example from day before you tried to upgrade
