Problem after upgrading to 1.5.4.1

I upgrade today from 1.5.4.0 to 1.5.4.1, but now the layout of the page stay wrong. The top menu is in wrong place. I already reset, uninstall and install again, but don't stay in the correct place.

 

Any help, please?

If you don't know how to mark topic as solved, here is an information from forum rules:
