Email CSS

Hi guys!

 

Is that still true (Presta 1.5.4.0) that I cannot use css for emails and have to use inline style in each email? If no, please tell me the path where I can put css file for the emails.

it's better to use inline css styles in mail html code. Why? Many email clients clear the <style></style> tags.
