Now that it's done, I have 2 other questions:

1. How can change this texte (I didn't find it in the translations)?

2. Actually, I don't use Best sellers (all my product are unique, 1 piece) and I don't manage my suppliers, so I would like to show them in the sitemap. How can I do that?

1. i dont think so, what version of PS you use? if 1.5.4.0 - there is a little bug with translations

2. what you exactly expect? Sorry but i dont understand, i just thought that you want to translate those strings

1. Yes 1.5.4.0 ! I have a problem with 1-click update at the moment. Is there an other way to manage that?
   
2. I just wanna make them disappear from my sitemap, since I don't use them.
   (sorry I maybe should have creat an other post for that).

1. unfortunately i don't know because i don't tested any of available methods. maybe this: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-7814

2. go to the themes/default/sitemap.tpl you've got there:

 

<li><a href="{$link->getPageLink('best-sales')}" title="{l s='View top-selling products'}">{l s='Best sellers'}</a></li>

 

and:

 

  {if $display_supplier_link OR $PS_DISPLAY_SUPPLIERS}<li><a href="{$link->getPageLink('supplier')}" title="{l s='View a list of suppliers'}">{l s='Suppliers:'}</a></li>{/if}

 

just remove those lines and link will disappear.
