luckysengoku
Hi, sorry for the late reply. I am using phpmyadmin, it is like an empty database. The config of the PS already matched the DB that i checked, i just don't know why the database is empty but the site is working just fine. Can you tell me why? Thank you
luckysengoku
Hi, i already got the database back. I already tried follow these steps in here http://mypresta.eu/en/art/security/reset-prestashop-admin-password.html but it is not working. Any other way i can change my database password? The lost password function is not working too, it did not send me any email. Thanks
vekia
follow the steps in new tutorial: http://mypresta.eu/en/art/tips-and-tricks/a-better-way-to-restore-prestashop-admin-password.html I lost a little. Your database is now back, right? You've got all tables and all datas ? what exactly you've got in ps_employee table? Does there appear your admin email address ? If so, follow steps in tut that i pasted above.
