1.5.4.1 - Customization on product page

Hello,

 

I need to collect certain information (first name, last name, gender, date of birth, etc) from customers in order to sell (virtual) products. I know using ‘customization’, I can ask above info. My question is, instead of using ‘customization’, is there any other option to ask these info ?

 

I saw in Prestashop ‘demo’version, Size and Quantity appear just beneath product details (enclosed screenshot). How can I customize and ask info the same way ?

If you force the customers to register, you can capture all that information on the registration page. That way when the customer checks out, you can use that data.

That's a good suggestion, thanks. My products are [spam-filter]ical prediction reports based on birth date, time of birth, place of birth, etc. And I do not know if I can customize the registration page incorporating the above fields.
