Loyalty Reward Voucher - Usage Limit Error

Hi Guys,

 

So I just enabled loyalty rewards on my test site and I am testing some stuff. Got everything working properly but when I go to use the voucher code I just created with my loyalty points, I'm getting the following error when I use it in my next shopping cart purchase.

 

There is 1 error

• You cannot use this voucher anymore (usage limit reached)
  

 

Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong? I checked the voucher list in my backend and it says this code still has 1 use left.

Anyone? Am I missing a setting that I might have turned off for vouchers? I can't find anything to do so but you never know.

Hi ajensen27, I'm not sure. What is the total available for each user? And Total available?

Thanks for the reply Benjamin... Under "Cart Rules" in the backend, I see the vouchers that I created and both have 1 under their quantities.
