NSABaits
Hi Everyone. Think I've found some bugs not mentioned in the upgrade section of the forum in v1.5.4.1 I was running 1.5.4.0 and as I've been successfully upgrading using the one-click upgrade method since installing a clean version of 1.5.3 for development purposes and eventually launching as a live store with new shiny features! However on this most recent minor upgrade I've seen the following bugs. CMS pages reset to default content. CMS Page titles stay as they were previously but text content is reset to default/fresh install text. Custom CMS pages reset to blank text content. Editing/Changing categories titles fails to update in BO Front office category title changes as well as description. BO remains the same as pre-edit of category title once saved. Clearing cache etc does not make any difference. Carriers Editing/changing in back office fails to update in BO As above fault. Changing transit time or company name does not update once saved. This again is only apparent in the BO. The 2 bugs related to editing seem to be very closely related and manifest in the same ways visually. This is a bit of a setback as all seemed to be going well with our new build. Now i'm more than a little worried about developing the new store further. Bugs have been ironed out previously but fundamental aspects such as editing category names and carriers now showing bugs doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the software. Has anyone else seen these problems yet?
NSABaits
OK i'm throwing this one out to you guys and asking for some help. Obviously the CMS pages resetting is no major loss. However the categories editor bug I'm at a real loss as to what can be causing the fault. The DB is clearly talking to the front end of the store but not the BO. Any ideas on how I can rectify this fault?
