benjamin utterback
HI nuchie, the fedex module is free and comes integrated with the software. When you search your modules for "fedex" does anything show up?

benjamin utterback
Hi Nuchie, sorry I forgot to mention. FedEx and UPS only work for merchants located in United States. I'm able to see both of those modules on my installation.

Hi Yury, you will not be able to use the FedEx or UPS modules unless you are a merchant in the United States.
Zemis
Hi, Can anyone please tell me if there an updated fedex module greater than version 0.9 that is compatible with prestashop 1.4.0.17? I am using a template that I purchased from template monster that, I am told, will break with a prestashop upgrade. The fedex module (0.9) that was written is causing numerous issues: 1)ISSUE - Shipping doubles, if I increase product quantity to 2 If I add 1 quantity of any product I am selling all the available choices for the fedex module i.e.: Fedex 2 day (Available) Fedex express saver (Available) Standard overnight (Available) Fedex ground (Available) First overnight (Available) Priority overnight (Available) Standard overnight (Available) appear, with the correct shipping charges. If I increase my quantity to 2, it doubles the shipping across the board and I don't understand the reason why, since prestashop combines the same product into multiple quantities if add two of the same product to my cart. Why doesn't the fedex module do the same? The only place I've seen separate shipping and handling for purchasing two or more of the same product at the same time is on TV. I've never seen this online unless it is explicitly asked for on sites such as amazon. 2)ISSUE - Product quantities above 2 do not change shipping costs So, if I were now to increase my quanitty for the product to 3, 4, 5, 6, etc, the shipping cost will stay at the doubled amount and not increase. 3)ISSUE - Quantity of more than two stops calculations. If I have 2 or more quantities of the same product of 2 or more of different products the, calculations regarding product cost, total, shipping, etc stop from being processed. HOWEVER I have noticed that if I add the "My Carrier" carrier option to the list of available shipping methods, the necessary calculations resume, but the available FEDEX shippinng methods are no onger visible. These are just a few issues that I have come across and I believe that there probably many more with this FEDEX v0.9 module as well as the prestashop files. Again, can anyone please tell me if there an updated fedex module greater than version 0.9 that is compatible with prestashop 1.4.0.17 and where to get it?
