I have previously had free shipping starts at $99 and this was set for Australian orders over $99 BUT only for normal delivery. However, for some weird reason, a customer who spent over $99 wasn't charged express shipping (which she is meant to. She only gets free normal shipping not express). Then I started testing international orders and etc and and they all returned free shipping for all orders over $99. I've also tried removing the $99 from the free shipping section but that didn't work (see screenshot). I have included the screenshots of a couple of outcomes. Basically, we need the following to happen like how it was on the old website: 1. All Australian orders over more than $99 can receive free shipping 2. All Australian orders for express shipping is charged at $14.95. There is no free shipping with this option even though they spent more than $99. 3. All Asia orders are charged at $29.95 (excl tax) 4. All New Zealand orders are charged at $24.95 (excl tax) The website in question is www.summerlane.com.au Can someone please shed some light on this matter?
