fashionpup Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 Hi there I accidentally clicked on image regeneration and now a lot of my products are missing from the website. I use Presta 1.5.3.1 One product shows up on the homepage but when I click on it, it's missing on the product page. Can someone please help me. Now I just uploaded the image for one of the products and it shows up on the product page but it doesn't show on the page where all the accessories are shown. Thanks, Hi there thank you for the reply. I tried to upload the image. It works when I click on the product. But when I click on a general category that shows all the products (including the erroneous one in question), that product doesn't show in the overview. vekia Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 hey, go to the preferences -> images scroll page down, and at the bottom you've got: Move images PrestaShop now uses a new storage system for product images. It offers better performance if your shop has a very large number of products. click on "Move images", follow the information tip suggestion (if any appear), try to reload your front end, are the images appear now properly? I've got the images loading as the product. But for example, if I click on the main category to populate all the products one or two of them won't show. Would move images result in any issues? I spent heaps of time regenerating the images and most of them are online now expect a few that don't show up. I don't want to have to shut down the site again. But when you click on the products they have images. Front end showing images except for te odd ones I spoke of earlier. I've attached an example.
